CuePaid handles the admin around a gig, from the first WhatsApp enquiry to the last payment. It's made by a South African DJ who has played corporate events for over twenty years and runs his own bookings on it. It's for DJs, singers, musicians and bands, and it all works from your phone.
A client sends you the details on WhatsApp. Screenshot the message and CuePaid picks out the client, the date, the times and the venue, then drafts the quote with your own line items and prices. You check it before it goes anywhere.
They open the quote in their browser, no login needed, and accept, or decline and tell you why. The booking updates on its own.
Log deposits and balances as they come in, and the money screen shows who's outstanding and for how long. If you're VAT registered, CuePaid works out the VAT. Every invoice carries your business name, banking details and VAT number if you have one, so a corporate accounts department can load it and pay.
Connect it once and every gig shows in the calendar on your phone with its status next to it: pencilled, quoted, confirmed, invoiced, paid. Booking a sax player or a second DJ? Send them a gig day brief with the times, venue and dress code. It leaves out your client's contact details and your fee.
CuePaid gets each quote, invoice and payment reminder ready, and you send it from your own WhatsApp or email. It never messages your clients and never handles their payments. They pay you, straight into your bank account.
Free for the first 30 days, then R199 a month and that's it: no commission on your bookings and no fee per invoice. Unlimited quotes and invoices, and up to 60 enquiries a month read from screenshots. If you stop, your account goes read-only and you can still read and download everything. A trial that never subscribes is deleted after 90 days, with a warning email first.

Every account is kept separate, so no other CuePaid user can see your clients, quotes or figures. The banking details on your invoices can't be changed without your password, and every change is logged. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
If something isn't working, or you're not sure how to do something, open Settings in the app and tap Contact support. A real person reads every message, and you'll normally hear back within one working day.
